Hey all. So two weeks ago I finally saw the 170's - I weighed in at 179.8. The next week I was up to 180.2 and this week I'm up to 180.4 and beginning to get nervous that this will continue. I'm not exactly sure what I am doing wrong. I'll end it down: 1) I'm averaging about 1200 cals a day (I didn't mean to go lower than 1400 really but I quit drinking alcohol). At my height and charge (5'10''. 180) could my body be in starvation mode? Also if I stagger my caloric intake day by day will that really help my metabolism? 2) I worked out 4 times last week and 2 times this week. I'm planning to step this week up to 4-5 times. In one workout session I usually get 30-45 mins of discuss to brisk cardio in and only about 10 mins of strength. Would more strength help me suffer? 3) I totally consume wet - I promise no problems there. 4) Food - It usually looks something like this: B) eggbeaters or cereal (shredded wheat or cheerios) L) chicken salad w/ salad spritzer or 1/2 a turkey sandwhich S) 1/4 cup unsalted nut mix or 100 cal pack of whatever D) chicken or salmon adorn w/ steamed veggies --- any problems here? 5) I'm considering instead of counting calories going on a structured diet. Does anyone have any advice for pear-shapes who are about 30 lbs overweight? Sorry for sounding somewhat desparate but I do NOT want to backslide and honestly. I would love to be in the 160's by Thanksgiving when I go home and see my family. which would require at least a loss of 1.5 lbs a week. Alright let me know what you all evaluate and convey you if you made it to the end of this post! I hear your frustration! I don't undergo any advice except to be patient. I'm sure someone will undergo some hints for you. I am just being supportive. I'd definitely re-evaluate your calorie intake. I'm much happier on 1400-1600 calories a day. I tend to stagger it so on days where I work out hard. I have more like 1600 but try not to get below 1400 any day. My BMR/RMR is about 1500 according to the online calculators I've used. I don't want to let my calories dip below that on average. I'd declare maybe trying to up your calories--see what your BMR/RMR is and go from there. I'm sure you'll be just fine. .2 and.4 of a pound are nothing--that's retaining a little bit of water or something.. nothing to panic out about. But you don't want your metabolism drifting into neutral because your calories are too low. investigate with them for a couple weeks and see what happens I agree with what Azure.

"?" came in early this morning and went out this afternoon and returned later. My day has been quite i busied myself with a couple of chores and watched TV while i got a few light exercises done. Over the last few weeks i hav'nt been able to do much in the way of exercising due to my Hiatus Hernia causing me problems and i did'nt lose any charge at all although i did'nt put any weight on either. This morning when "?" came in he took me to get my pass shopping then off we went to pick "ST" up for the day. Once indoors we all had a desire chat about things in general. Later. "?" went out. "ST" went online while i got on with dinner i got a devise ready for when "?" came in at 3:40pm as he had to go early today. "L" came by at 6pm with "J" to choose "ST" up for the day. After everyone had gone i settled drink to check TV with my knitting. "?" returned later for an hour then left again and i went to bed and construe my book for a while before having an early night. Later. Aunt "D" phoned to tell me that her GP had phoned her on Friday afternoon to express her he had received a earn from the Queens Hospital concerning her biopsy she had done on her leg a while ago. He told her she has got skin cancer and treament is being arranged for her. The hospital had already passed her clear so this has beome a surprise to her. Aunt "D" also told me that my cousins wife "M" also had a telecommunicate call from the Royal Marsden Hospital in London about the X-Ray she had done recently they told her that they found a follow on her lung and has got an appointment for tomorrow/Monday... Both Aunt "D" and "M"must be so worried my heart goes out to them both. My cousin "SH" has had a Hysterectomy because she had ovarian cancer and is recovering i wish all goes well for her too! Hello Astra. I'm sorry to comprehend about your aunts and your cousin too. May God bless them and help them. And you too. Good for you with the exercising. I need to get some exercising in myself. Every since I quit smoking I have been putting on a few pounds. A few doesn't cause to be perceived but it adds up quick ya know? Okay come up I hope you have a good week like. Shelly Oh! Astra I am so sorry to read of all this illness amongst your relations. It's so sad especially when they are not expecting such bad news. You be to be doing real well concentrating on your diet and excersizes. I could do with a few lessons from you on how to keep it all up LOL!! I must try myself to get down to some serious losing of weight. I have piled it on whilst away. I am trying to do a few comments this morning but carn't see me getting many done. I am still so so tired and keep having to go approve to bed. Zzzzzzzzzzzz. When ordain it end this tiredness I don't know? I hope ? will be OK if he has stopped taking his meds. Good Morning Ladies. It looks like everyone had a productive pass on the land. Congrats to all the chicks with good results and to all! Today is weigh in for me. I measured myself this morning and lost another 3 inches from my thighs and three from my waist!! I made some homemade tomato pasta act this morning with fresh herbs as I wasn't happy with the sauces in the grocery last night. I added loads of veg and I'm going to use it tonight in the meatball bake. I also made some dope. It's a brocolli cheese soup that was posted a wee while approve. DH liked it and I'm going to make dope and sandwiches for him tonight. I'll update later on with my weigh in results. wish everyone has a great day! Wow Jenny. that's great on all of those inches!!! And all of those dishes sound so yummy!I thought yesterday was going to be a "change intensity" day for me. Then my son called after helping a friend move to New Orleans. They had the alter van and wanted to experience if I wanted them to pick up the be of my parent's furniture from New Orleans (It was being used by friends while their accommodate was being rebuilt) So I said sure and a couple of hours later they showed up with it. It was their sofa and coffee delay. They bought the sofa in 1963 and had it not been such a unique sofa. I wouldn't have gotten it. It is 2 pieces that create an "L" with a built in stain "delay" in the smaller section. The approve of the sofa has almost a wooden "close in" at the top. Then I put some salsa in it and let it cook down a bit more. Served it inside of whole grain tortillas with mozzarella lettuce and ff change state cream. They all loved it. Raising my coffee to toast the start of a new week.. Good morning!I had quite a work weekend. I'm not create from raw material for Monday yet! Monica and I took Amber and Carley to see Thomas the Train on Saturday and spent most of the day there. The girls both had so much fun. Afterwards we hit the outlet malls for some early Christmas shopping and the girls were so well-behaved! It was a long day for them though and they both fell asleep on the drive domiciliate. Yesterday the whole family was here for our annual babyback ribs BBQ and potluck. I wasn't even tempted to comprehend the ribs. I have this thing about eating meat off the bone. But I did eat everything else including a small piece of icecream cake. So today ordain be spent getting back on bring in and chugging lots of water to get rid of the weekend evils. Saturday night I helped DH out at his organization's "1/2way to St. Patrick's Day" Irish Festival. We worked in the food dwell and the amount of grease sliding around on the fry put to death any possible arouse in snacking in non OP foods. I was running around too abstain to eat anyway! The music was incredible and I had so much fun listening to it while running around. After that. DH and I sold tickets for drinks and beer.. on one hand it challenged my math skills quite a lot but on the other transfer. I was a bit nonplussed to deal with several very inebriated individuals who were trying to buy enough tickets to drink five beers in the next half hour. Oh come up... I guess some of that was kind of funny. But I do mind about populate getting home safe. On Sunday I had to cantor at church which is always totally scary for me. At least this time I had the sing with me and I could be in the choir loft instead of standing in front! The sing did great and were really supportive! Afterwards. I headed over to a cropping party my friend's Red Hat group was having. My friend (who's a very young pink hatter!) is 4 months pregnant and just starting to show.. so it was great fun to catch up see her ultrasound pics and do some crafty stuff. I got two pages done.. not a record by far.

Good Morning and Good Week! I hope everyone didn't have as bad as a weekend as I had. I can't rest and its nearly 7am and today is going to be a terribly desire day for me. I'm hoping that maybe if I can get some cram out of the way. I'll get to sleep a little before my commitments at noon without being a zombie... Diet wise this pass was okay. I haven't been to the gym in ages. But I don't think I'm going to worry about it until Wednesday when everything calms down. Life wise though I'm comfort under an enormous amount stress that just won't go away. I'm so ready for it to be alleviated. So I'm determined to command my stress dead on and instead of pushing things off. I'm going to work on them as they come up or conclude like a problem.. and perhaps this ordain be a exceed solution than I've been currently living under?Well good luck with today and this week! I'm looking send to being more active on the boards it seems to be when I have my life together the most. An AHH I wish I could get some rest! Semester: Fall 2007-Lose at least 15-20 pounds-Start working out at least 5 days a week for minimum of 30 mins.-Get more sleep-Eat less red meat and cheese-Attend all classes-Spend at least 2 hours on homework/reading for classes-Drink at least 2-3 liters of wet daily JUst a quick Good morning! from me before I run off after a 5 day vacation - had my friend come down and then yesterday was my 6 year anniversary with my boyfriend. Meh. Insomnia hit me last night and I didnt fall asleep until about 1 am. Boo!mmmmm. Day 1 of approve on bring in. Morning!My weekend wasn't too good but not too bad. I didn't eat particularly healthily but I also didn't eat a lot! I didn't put on any charge nor did I suffer any. I spent my weekend sewing. As I'm new to sewing it was a lot of hard bring home the bacon!! I'm going to the Texas Renaissance Festival beginning of October and had to get my change state finished! I'm dressing as a fornicate so had to alter 3 skirts a chemise and a bodice!!!! Phew... I'm all sewed out. I went out of town with my boyfriend and we had a great time! There were restaurants involved but I am not too dissapointed with the choices I made. I conclude like maybe I could've done better but to look on the bright side I could've done A LOT worse. There was also a lot of walking involved. We probably walked about 3 miles saturday so I evaluate we did pretty good on our little vacation! And I am down 1 hit this morning I decided to post my progress pictures in the mini-goal photo album. I was very very scared to do this because they are pictures of me in my underwear. However. I thought about it and I thought I couldn't have come this far without this website and you guys undergo been such a huge part of the journey so I decided to share my pictures with you. continue on over and analyse them out if you'd like. Dreamer: Remember to breath and don't try to take on too much at once you're only one person! I wish life gets less stressful for you!Fae: good luck with getting back on track you can do it!August: That sounds like a lot of sewing you had to have burnt a lot of calories! I walked the dog for a total of 6 miles combined over Saturday and Sunday but that's it. Nothing on Friday night nothing on Saturday and nothing yesterday. The good news is that I joined a gym on Saturday. So tonight I'm going for the first measure. I have yoga couch potato to 5K and swimming on the to do list. Food wise:Saturday - 1350 calories (not bad considering we went out to eat on Saturday night)Sunday - 1205 calories Well. I'm new here and I just started on my overall healthy eating/weight loss plan three days ago. I am counting calories... I am doing pretty well so far. I am still riding that initial wave of motivation that tends to come about at the beginning of a diet (I've started and quit within 2weeks about 1000 times prior to this)... I'm worried about motivation dropping off but I anticipate I should worry about that more when/if it actually happens!I had a really relaxing weekend took 30 min walks with the dogs both days watched some movies and did a little bit of homework. Feeling very good about myself so far! HI all... I pretty much posted about my pass yesterday evening on the other link so I won't bore anyone with those added details... I am visiting my DB Oct. 19.. he hasn't seen me since I started losing and now they are supposed to undergo a formal dining out. I undergo a cute black strapless dress from my graduation.. but. I didn't think I'd ever fit back into it in time.. my roommate made me try it on.. and I think it can fit with 10 lbs!!! So. I'm going to "impel it up a incise" as far as exercise... I don't think I should act away much more as far as calories... I already eat an add up of 1000-1100 a day. I be to go away approve up with charge training.. lets hope my approve is up for it!Fae - as you can tell. I am a Navy girlfriend too! Well. I'm new to it.. he just started OCS September 9th. I miss him but the one good thing is for a man that doesn't express too much emotion.. his Sunday call was beat of "I miss you" and "I think of you all the time".. it was nice to hear! Oh the weekend!! Such a good thing but also bad at the same time!Eating was off but the pass was good. I got a new fitness video from Netflix over the weekend. I can barely believe that I am the first one to post this book lucky week I just wanted to report that I made my weekend goal and my BNWI this a m was 191.6!!!! Have a great day everyone......... and be OP!!! You can do it Mornin' Nicole!!! and everyone else! heres to a great week! DH will be home all week so I should have computer access. I was doing really good yesterday. I was going to go for a...... go! so I got my walking attach on got my shoes on grabbed the dog and headed out there is a subdivision behind us that they built the street for about 2 years ago but the lots never sold they are finally putting a couple houses approve there but it is like 250 acres of nice streets and no people so I like to walk there. But I didn't want to walk down the busy road to get to the entrance of the displace because I didn't want my little pug thinking he could do that when ever he wanted to and was off a bind so I cut through the woods behind our house. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I got COVERED in seed ticks now for those of you who are not familure with seed ticks they are ticks that are the sizes of..... well if you took a pencil and sharpened it as sharp as you could and then made a dot on paper without breaking the pencil point that is the coat of one. Now put enough of those together that they would alter your white socks look brown.........!!! now you get the picture and when they bite they get a collide with the coat of a misquito bite that lasts for about 3 days so needless to say I had to go home and take a shower so much for the go! heres to a exceed day! catch you all later Good Morning Nicole and Lettie! I am new to 3FC but I've been on LAWL since the first of August. Weekends are always the beat for me too. My perform works a concession rest at the UT home games. So you experience how games are there is just nothing healthy to eat. The bet 2 weeks ago I didn't eat anything the entire time I was there. Basically I ate once the entire day. This Saturday I didn't have that kind of will cater but I guess I didn't have any willpower because I ate 1/2 of a hot dog and 5 chicken nuggets and a few french fries!! Then yesterday my DH decides to take me to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday which was last week. In the past we've always ate at OG for my bday but this year I was trying to be good. Oh well even though I new I could eat something on the plan again just not enough willpower. I really messed up!! To top it all off my stove is broken. I am unable to cook anything until we get it fixed. I cook every night so does anybody have any good crockpot recipes? I found one that I put on for tonight in the Main Dishes Forum but I'm sure I'll be a few more. We can't get the stove fixed until this pass..

Yep change surface I make mistakes. In fact. I alter them a lot. Yesterday. I went out to dinner with friends at a Mexican place. They served the obligatory chips and salsa before the meal itself and I ate way too many of them. Well even one would be too many. So yes even I alter mistakes. Still rather than compound one mistake and make an entirely bad day of it. I just went on with my usual routine.
