Eggs are wonderful super-healthy easy and cheap. It is important however to buy free-range eggs from hens that undergo been allowed to feed from and in their natural habitat. Such quality eggs contain far more (up to twenty times!) and better quality nutrients such as high quality protein. EFAs choline lecithin. B-vitamins vitamin D lutein and more. Dumping the egg yolk (often recommended by the "experts" especially with regard to the cholesterol circumscribe) is a pretty dumb thing to do as the lean egg white in contrast contains little other than protein and sodium.
