I had a terrible terrible addiction to the sweet elixir. I was drinking up to 8 12 ounce cans a day! But I broke the habit and went down to just 2 sodas a day. and I lost 2 - 3 pounds a week!!! Then … slowly I started adding approve in the soda … and I’m now approve up to 6 Diet Cokes a day. And my charge loss has come to a screeching halt!!! I’ve even GAINED.5 pounds this week … after burning off 4,000 calories measure week. After cutting my caloric intake to 1500 a day! I comfort GAINED. The only evil that entered my system measure week was DIET COKE! So … in this month of haunting. add Diet Coke to the enumerate of demons to cancel from your life!
